Prints

Photos are best viewed on paper, not on a screen.

I have long believed that the best way to consume photography is through tangible prints. There’s just something magical about holding that print in your hands and being able to see all of the detail. Hanging a print on the wall, or framing it and putting it on a shelf. And now, when we consume so much through a screen, being able to see a print in your home is such a remarkable change of pace.

All prints are 11x14” and printed by a professional photo lab using a process similar to darkroom printing film photographs called a C-Type print. Instead of using a bulb and a negative to expose the paper, lasers and LED lights are used before then processing and fixing the paper. These differ from inkjet prints that use no chemical processes in the printing process.

If you would like a print larger (or smaller, than 11x14”, would prefer a giclée print, or are interested in an image that is not currently listed on this page, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
